Conservation funds $10 per trophy taken and exported
Cites license fees where applicable
Permit fees where applicable
Rifles rental at $50 per client per day – excluding the cost of ammo
There is no VAT charged on the trophy fee if the trophies are to be exported under specific regulations set out by the Receiver of Revenue
Animals in package that are not hunted or animals that are wounded and lost are subject to VAT
Balance of daily fees or chosen package payable on or before arrival
Please note: no VAT is levied on dipping, packing, and shipping services and/or for the tanning of skins, if tanned in South Africa
Should the trophies be processed in South Africa VAT is levied between the taxidermy industry and the Receiver of Revenue
A 20% deposit on the total daily rates or chosen package will confirm your booking
The deposit is non-refundable, however, you can reschedule within two years

Delivery of trophies to taxidermy/shipping agent in South Africa
